Are you passionate about Italian cuisine and Mediterranean flavours? If so, this class is made for you!

On Saturday, November 17th, Flavia Giordano aka Spaghetti ABC (Italian food writer and pasta artisan) will hold a 3 hours inspiring course at  H E I M  food studio, on how to make your own fresh pasta by hands and pairing them with 3 different vegetarian sauces made by organic ingredients and seasonal products from Italy and Jämtland.

And at the end, time to enjoy the food you just cooked with a glass of organic Italian wine or a local non-alcoholic drink.

The course will be held in Swedish.

The price is 850 SEK per person

Product Description

The course will be held by Flavia Giordano, a free-thinker foodie and a nomad pasta artisan between Italy and Sweden, where she spreads the love for the Italian food through cooking classes, events, lectures and food trips to Puglia, her native region.

She writes about food and gastronomy for both magazines and publishers since 2005, also coordinating editorial projects for companies and institutions to promote Italian food culture and diversity.

Cheese and extra virgin olive oil taster, she strongly believes that eating (and cooking) is an agricultural act since she worked for Coldiretti, contributing to create the first Southern Italian educational farm network (called masserie didattiche).
